Shipping Policy
1. General
This policy governs the shipment of products ordered through hugrab.us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
2.2 Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.
2.3 An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. A separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations
3.1 hugrab.us ships to all 50 U.S. states.
3.2 The Company does not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

4.3 Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors outside the Company's control.
5. Shipping Fees
5.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and order destination.
5.2 Free standard shipping is available on orders of $79 USD or more after applicable discounts.
5.3 Orders below $79 USD are subject to a standard shipping fee as displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
6.1 A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
6.2 Customers may track their shipment directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
6.3 For tracking inquiries or shipment issues, customers may contact help@hugrab.us with their order number.
7. Carrier
7.1 Orders are fulfilled and shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or equivalent carriers, as determined by the Company at the time of fulfillment.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment.
8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Damaged or defective items upon delivery: Customers must contact help@hugrab.us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date with photographic evidence. The Company will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
8.2 Lost in Transit: If a shipment shows no delivery confirmation and appears lost during transit, customers must contact help@hugrab.us within 7 days. The Company will file a claim with the carrier on the customer's behalf. Please note that claim outcomes vary by carrier; UPS generally provides more reliable claim resolution compared to USPS.
8.3 Delivered but Not Received (Possible Theft): If tracking confirms a successful delivery but the package is not found, this may indicate theft or misdelivery. In such cases, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a report. The Company is unable to file claims or issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to use a secure delivery address or request signature confirmation at checkout.
8.3 Incorrect address: The Company is not liable for failed or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy at the time of order placement.
8.4 Undeliverable packages: Packages returned to the Company as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer non-collection will be processed as follows: the customer will be contacted and offered reshipment at their expense or a refund of the product cost, excluding original shipping fees.
9. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products purchased through hugrab.us transfer to the customer upon handoff of the order to the carrier. The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the point of carrier handoff.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
